Privacy Policy for the "Finassets" Mobile App
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") governs the collection, storage, use, transfer, and protection of personal information provided by users of the "Finactive" mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "App") during its use. By using the App, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in this Policy.
1. Types of Data Collected and ProcessedWe receive and process the following categories of data:
- Identification and Profile Data:
- First and last name (optional, for personalization).
- Mobile phone number and/or email address.
- Account credentials for syncing with cloud services (if this feature is used).
- Financial and Accounting Data (entered manually by the user or imported):
- Information about accounts, bank cards, loans, deposits, and investment portfolios (bank name, product type, currency).
- Transaction data, income and expense amounts, spending categories.
- Information on assets and liabilities.

- Important: Biometric data is processed exclusively on your device (locally) and is not transmitted to Finactive's servers. The app only receives a system-generated confirmation of successful authentication.

- Providing Functionality: Registration, identification, login, creating backups of your financial records, and ensuring calculators and charts work correctly.
- Data Synchronization: Enabling access to your financial records from multiple devices under a single account.
- Security and Compliance: Ensuring the security of your account and the confidentiality of your financial data; preventing fraud; complying with applicable laws.
- Technical Support: Diagnosing issues, ensuring uninterrupted operation and functionality of the App, and updating and improving it.
- Analytics and Service Improvement: Analyzing user behavior to optimize the interface, fix bugs, and improve the quality of personal finance management services (without accessing specific transaction amounts).
- Marketing: Sending personalized offers, product news, and helpful financial literacy materials (only with your separate, explicit consent).
3. Data Sharing with Third PartiesWe do not sell your personal or financial data. Information may be shared with third parties strictly in the following cases:
- Partners and Service Providers: We may share technical data and email addresses with trusted subcontractors who provide services on our behalf (hosting services, analytics platforms, email distribution services, technical support). All such partners are bound by confidentiality obligations and provide a level of protection no less than that stated in this Policy.
